On Sunday, 22nd February 2015, Cadet Corporal Craig Sherrington, Cadet Christopher Gillions and Cadet Juliet Sherrington represented Cumbria & Lancashire Wing in the Inter-Wing Cross Country competition at Witton Park, Blackburn.
In the Class A race, Cadet Gillions finished a high 8th, and Cadet Corporal Sherrington finished an amazing first place! In the Class D race, Cadet J Sherrington placed 13th, which is good considering she is racing against cadets two years older than her! Well done to all involved, especially to Corporal Sherrington, who will represent North Region in the Inter-Region Cross Country race at RAFC Cranwell!
Class A, which included Cpl Sherrington & Cdt Gillions won the category competition, meaning Cumbria & Lancashire Wing’s Category A Team were the best of the five wings in the North Region!
